What Causes Dizziness Along With Stomach Upset And Appetite Loss?

The last couple of days I have been feeling sick, dizzy, had an upset stomach, no appetite and haven t slept much, my heart rate has been higher than usual. Less than 2 hours a night. There is no chance I m pregnant. What could be wrong? Should I consult my GP?
