What Causes Dizziness Along With Tightness In Head And Fatigue?

I have had dizziness issues for several years, and I feel tightness in my head on & off. I recently have been feeling very fatigued everyday and tightness feeling in my head has been feeling worse. About 2 months ago I had really bad night sweats for a few days in a row..I was diagnosed with anxiety when I was younger, but I do not feel that anxiety would cause tightness in my head and fatigue to this extreme.
