What Causes Dizziness Along With Tingling Sensation In Head?

Hi I have bee experiencing some out of balance as if I m floating on air or just got off a roller coaster I feel at times I m about to loose my balance its interfering with my work as I stand all day and walk from room to room seeing patients I also have felt a tingling sensation like a parade of aunts crawling from the bottom right side of my head to the top it last maybe a few seconds it s not painful but scary to me I feel it maybe twice or three times a day n is been happening for about five months now..should I be seeing a ENT.Thank you for your time
