What Causes Dizziness Along With Tremors In Hand?

I have been quite dizzy in the last six weeks and passed out twice. Doctor blood tests and rules out diabetes or anemia. My blood pressure is low. In the last two weeks I am now having tremors on my left side at times - particularly with my hand and noticeable when I try to write, cook, etc... What could these things be caused from?
