What Causes Dizziness And Appetite Loss While On Treatment For Sinus Infection?

My 14 year old granddaughter has a sinus infection that is being treated with Rx at this time. I have noticed over the past year or so, that she drinks more water than usual at meals. She has been modestly overweight for the past two years or so, but has lost about 8-10 pounds during the last few weeks. At this time, she says she is fatigued, has little appetite and experiences dizziness at times.
