What Causes Dizziness And Back Pain Post FMT?

My daughter has had C-Diff for two years now. She has had 2 fecal transplants the last being January 22, 2015. She even had an experimental pill transplant at Emory in Atlanta. She will go back in 2 weeks for a bowel test, but right now she is extremely dizzy, very tired & still having pain in her back, but so far no diarrhea. How long does it take for her to start feeling like herself again?
