What Causes Dizziness And Back Pain?

Its' not for me but for my sister. My sister hasn't been the same since she lost her job 3 years ago and now she is having more episodes. She has been getting dizzy spells that will not allow her to walk. She is in a lot of back pain too. I can't get her to go out and see a dr. because it's too much "physical work" and she does not want to spend hours at a dr. office.
