What Causes Dizziness And Black Spots In Vision?

Over the last couple of month I have been having episodes of where I can be doing anything (sitting, walking,just standing) and getting dizzy and seeing black spots in my vision. Also I have noticed my resting heart isy100. Is there a reason to be concerned
