What Causes Dizziness And Bloody Nose With Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

Dizziness, lightheadness, bruises that come from nowhere and don t heal, abdominal pain, lower back pain on sternum, bloody nose, extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, my atheritis markers and my white blood cell count is doubly higher than what they should be. my dr. can t figure out what s wrong. what could possibly be wrong?
