What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Hitting Head?

hi I fell in a hospital on some water on the floor. I fell backwards hard and hit the back of my head. Now I am feeling dizzy, blurred vision off an on also excrusiating headache and nausea. I also have some lanugue problems with speaking and writing. They won't do a CT scan what should I do
