What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Undergoing An Abortion?

Hello I had an abortion 1 week ago at 15 week I had to go back into hospital for the rest of the tissue removed from my womb it s been 1 week now and I lost alot of blood and now on iron tablets I am feeling much better than I did I did have some cramps still but I ve been put on iron tablets and on and of I get blurred vision in left eye and I feel dizzy most days my bleeding has died down to a light pinky colour witch comes on and of please help is that ok
