What Causes Dizziness And Chest Pain After Choking On Noodles?

Hi I was eating noodles it was hot and i took abit too much on a spoon and I swalllowed it all accidently and choked. I think it went to my lungs. I started choking stopped breathing Nd felt dizzy. I drank so much water den felt abit good and next day my lungs and chest started paining dos is my second day it is still paining. Nd having problem with breathing. What shall I do? Please help and I request you to reply me please! Thanks.
