What Causes Dizziness And Chest Pain After Starting Vesicare While Having Ureteral Stent?

I recently had surgery and had a kidney stent placed. I am taking Vesicare. I am dizzy, light headed, chills with no fever (96.6), chest pains and headache. Do you think I have an intolerance to the Vesicare or am I experiencing these things because of the stent?
