A Pt has a CO2 level of 19mmol, agap 17mmol, and a K+ 3.2 mmol, all other labs with in normal range. Pt is experiencing sob,clamminess, and dizziness. The Pt has had several episodes. Do you have an idea of what the Pt is experiencing or what the cause may be?
