What Causes Dizziness And Diarrhea Along With Ear Infection?

I have been sick since Thursday night, I was fine until I ate and chicken sandwich and the same day I was up at 3 a.m dizzy, and i had diarrhea I wasn t able to eat anything Friday. I went to the E.R they ran test and said they said i have an ear infection, that s why i was dizzy well, now my eye lid are swollen and i;m still running to the bathroom, my appetite isn t right yet
