What Causes Dizziness And Difficulty In Balancing While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I am having dizziness and and off balance feeling that effects my walking. It is giving me a lot of anxiety. I have hypothyroidism that is controlled and also svt. What could this be? I am literally afraid to go places alone because dizziness might hit!
