What Causes Dizziness And Fainting Sensation?

After I went to the bathroom, I flushed the toilet and as turned to make sure it flushed I got very dizzy and felt like I was going to fall (but didn t) not flushed skin either. Im 23 weight about 145, and Ive eaten today. No medical reasons that i know of.
