What Causes Dizziness And Fainting?

I have been having alot of confusion falling fainting somedays all day its getting worse! I have had high blood pressure for years i went to my cardiologist and my blood pressure was low he said not to take blood pressure medicine if systolic under 110 and it was still happening so i stopped it completely at 117/68 im still not doing great i also have diabetes, copd and emphasyma.
