What Causes Dizziness And Fluid Retention In Ears?

I am feeling light headed and out of sorts, as if I have taken medication. However, I have not. I went to the urgent care and they found that I have fluid in both ears. I took a claration and the antivert. Neither has helped. I stopped taking them only to find out that my symptoms are still around. Any clue?
