What Causes Dizziness And Headache After Hitting Head?

i hit the back of my head hard on the right and about 2 hours ago and still experiencing some pain there is no lump but it hurts when i move my head vigorously and when i bend down there was no concussion and i had complete consciousness but just a little dizzy and fuzzy
