What Causes Dizziness And Headache?

hi, i fell off a bus 2 months ago and was knocked out for a few minutes. i lost about 4 hours in total. i did not go to the hospital. i was sick for several days after and headaches and dizzy. i still havent been to docs. my head is still very tender and getting pressure headaches. the point that i hit my head keeps slightly swelling and is soft to touch. do you think its time to get it checked or is this normal after concussion? thanks, sally
