What Causes Dizziness And Heaviness On Head?

hi , i am ravi, i am feeling dizziness and heaviness of head for last few months. MRI and other tests are done and are normal. some doctors said its Migraine, other said its Cervical Spondylosis.some allopathic doctors prescribed Flunarizine and amitryptilene but i heven't taken because of side effects. i am taking homeopathic medicines and not feeling well yet. please help
