What Causes Dizziness And Intermittent Pain In Right Chest?

In the past week I have experienced pain on the right side of my chest. It last for about one minute and goes away. I have experience neck pain lately and dizziness. I have a very stressful job and my younger brother and father experienced heart problems. My younger brother had a massive heart failure about 6 years ago. My father at the age of 88 died due to heart failure. I am quite concern at this time and reported my sympton to my primary doctor who advise me to see a specilist. Please advise.
