What Causes Dizziness And Lack Of Balance?

Hi! I am 37 and for the past 3 years I feel dizzy and unsteady usually when walking. Sometimes when i have the symptoms I experiene breathing difficulties! I did blood tests and everithing seems normal, would you know what is causing the dizziness please?
