What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness While Having Bipolar And Anxiety?

I have a lot of dizziness and am light headed and I feel like I can feel myself blinking in my head like a pinging. I am bipolar I have anxiety I have had two heart attacks and I have blood clots in my lungs. I thought it was from being outside in the cold but I have been inside and warm for three hours.
