What Causes Dizziness And Nausea When Period Is Delayed?

i am about a week late for my period and the last couple of days i have been feeling nauseous and dizzy. at i have had some cramping. im not sure if i have miscalculated when im actually due. i have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative.
