What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

My husband has a history of CHF, heart attack, kidney disease, diabetes, stents, and has had bypass surgery. Curently he is feeling dizzy off and on as well as nauseous. His blood pressure has been elevated all day once at 198/98 and just now 188/201. Any suggestions?
