What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi,my period was 7 days late till i spotted on the 7th day. Its a bright red and mainly happens when i urinate and wipe.Im not even using a pad or any kind of protection! I feel dizzy,nauseated,fatigue,lower abdominal pain,lower back ache,headaches,mood swings.
