What Causes Dizziness And Pain Below Rib Cage After Eating?

My grand daughter has a bad pain after eating on her left side just under her rib cage. She is 18 and recently commenced university, she is not sexually active. She also feels dizzy after meals. What could this be? She does go to the toilet number 2 every two days, but has had periods of constipation.
