What Causes Dizziness And Pain Below Ribs While On Modus-10?

hi docter..since last month my menses last for 11 to 15 days first 3 days bleeding was as usal but after 11 days it was little & it continude d same den i wnt for scan reports were normal & my gyno advised me to take modus-10 tablets frm d 5th day of my periods starting 3 tabs per day for 3 days after 3 days daily 2 tbs & reapet d same in my 2nd month dis time i gt dizziness & pain below my right rib front & back is it due to d tablets........& before dis i was suffering from breathing problems n was inhealing medicines i jst wnt to know the reason for d pain & does it is bcoz of any sideeffets of the tablets modus-10
