What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Legs And Neck After Taking Olmesartan?

I am am mild hypertensive & B12 deficient. Am taking olmesartan H 40 , betacap ( 10+10) & razel F5 for BP. B12 count is 285. Then also I am having following strange symptoms. Please help me. It s too frightening. 1)     Occasional dizziness 2)     Pain from left side neck to finger to legs 3)     Legs ache 4)     Left side pain ( from shoulder to stomach ) at different places at different times, sometimes right side also 5)     Feeling of stomach fullness, continuous burping, I was given Sompraz-D more than a year back for this. Ultimately no cure till date. 6)     Shortness of breath - I can briskly walk for more than 35-40 minutes per day without shortness of breath. I can climb 95 step-stair of my home with normal dyspnea. But I have a feeling of dyspnea with small stair-case ( 15 steps ) also. 7)     Electric shock-like sensations. This is really frightening. 8)     Feeling of fear with strange body sensations. It comes for short duration. But disturbs the whole day. 9)     Overall restlessness 10)     Occasional Insomnia 11)     Not a single day without any symptoms. 12)     Is this really an anxiety? If yes, can medication be changed as it is my observation that neither Fluanxol nor Restyl is working as good as Exzilor. 13)     Are some of the symptoms due to B 12 deficiency OR heart related OR side effects of medicines OR something else? All these symptoms are since last 2 ¼ years – coming & going. I am regularly following all medicines, tests, exercise, etc. without fail. Then also, there is no cure. Why? 14)     Will I ever be able to live a normal life again?
