What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Head?

I feel dizzy all the time since I got out of surgery. I also have been having pains in my head, which I am positive they are NOT migranes. These pains feel like there in my brain, and I've been having back problems also. My doctor thinks it might be PCOS, Does this dizzyness all day,everyday, and back pain have anything to do with PCOS?
