What Causes Dizziness And Room Spinning Feeling?

Hello, I am a 25 year old female and i am dizzy about 2 times a day. I had a attack of veritgo about 3 years ago. Now i have panic and i am afraid to do anything or go anywhere because of this fear of being dizzy. I am 5'4 150lbs. Doctors keep telling me that i get dizzy because of these panic attacks. But most of the time when i get dizzy i am not panicing. I also have noticed that when i look at things on a computer screen or cell phone screen and things move really fast, that the room starts to spin. help
