What Causes Dizziness And Severe Headache Frequently?

Hi,

I am 22 year old female. I have been having some really bad headaches over the last week or so. I usually get headaches if I dont' have a coffee, but that does not seem to be the case. I have a strong pain in the entire right side of my head. I also feel lightheaded and dizzy at times. I have hypothyroidism and take my medication regularly.

Should I be concernder, or could it be strickly stress related?
