What Causes Dizziness And Sore Breasts After A D&C?

I had a D&C on May 10,2010 due to the baby had stopped growing a 5 wks and I was supposed to be 7 weeks along. I bleed for 7days and whet to the ER with sever pain and big clots on 5/13/2010 and was told I just had big clots that I had to wait to come out and two days later no more pain or bleeding. The 1wk later I had some brown discharge that stop after 24hrs. And now nothing at all since. I did take two pregnancy test two weeks after my D&C to see if they was still positive and both was BFN. But now I have been feeling dizzy, with an increase in appetite. The first time I had sore breast but that was a during what would have been my normal cycle. Now I am getting a very faint positive that becomes even more visible after test time. I have a 30 day cycle. Could I be pregnant again so soon?
