What Causes Dizziness And Stomach Pain?

hi my friend is on ovranette and she has also been having alcohol since she as been on the pill and she had sex when she was drinking and now she has been feeling sick dizzy and been having stomach pains and that was a week ago so could you tell me what could be wrong with her ?
