What Causes Dizziness And Sweating In Palms And Feet?

I am 47 years old in relative good health. I have hypothyroid and I am on synthorid and cytomel. I have just started experiencing sweating in the palms of my hands and feet along with the feeling that I could pass out. I make sure to lay down and rest once I experience the feeling. I have experienced this in the past month about 3 times. I feel I must be perry-menopausal (sp?) and my hormones are out of wack? My blood presure has remained normal and my bloodwork has come back normal with regard to my thyroid panels and other levels that my Endo has run tests on. My sugar levels are good also per my lab work. I can figure this out?
