What Causes Dizziness And Vertigo In Young Adults?

Hello, I'm 23 year old girl. I started experiencing dizziness and blocking out in the past few days. The way I notice my dizziness was catching myself about to fall without any signs just a fall. It seems like I'm losing my balance without signs. I find myself going somewhere or having a conversation and I have no idea how it happened. Is that normal?
