What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting After Consuming Alcohol?

I m a 21 year old female.. I was ment to get the rod implant taken out of my arm the 15th of last month but was too scared.. It s still in and I ve had unprotected sex since then.. Lately when I drink one drink of alcohol I feel tipsy and last night I had one drink and I threw up couple minutes later.. What is wrong with me?
