What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Along With Lower Back Pain?

I had extreme dizziness and vomiting 5 times yesterday. I went to urgent care and got injected with medicine for nausea and got some ivy fluids. I felt much better today with slight dizziness and no vomiting. But I am having lot of pain in the lower back and back of the thighs and legs. What can I do to relieve this pain. My height is 5 2 and weight is 152 lbs.
