What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting While Having Diverticulitis?

I have diverticulitis and also suffer from severe dizziness and then that causes vomiting. I just had a colonoscopy and upper test and there were no polyps or ulcers. Why am I dizzy? I haven't heard anything back from my doctor other than what I just told you. Kh
