What Causes Dizziness, Back Pain And Breasts Leaking Milk?

I have pain in my stomach lower right side,pain in my lower back,dizziness,both breast leaking milk,fluttering on the right.negative blood plus negative urine test. all this was going on since December January ..now the movements are stronger still have dizziness, I feel weak at times.pressure in my rectom I feel stuffed. I had my tubes clamped cut burned.my doctor is not trying to help me.all he say is your not pregnant. I really feel that I am..I need help
