What Causes Dizziness, Back Pain And Digestion Problems Post Treatment For Lyme Disease?

Aloha, I got lyme disease in 2012, got diagnosed immediately, took a 21 day course of doxycycline and was told I was done with the disease. Sadly, I've never felt well since. Digestion issues, head and back pain, dizzy, unstable. Does lyme ever go away ? Anything else I can do at this point ?
