What Causes Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Nausea, Frequent Urination And Abnormal Periods?

hi i am suffering from dizziness, blurred vision, nausia, eaaches, frequent urination, blotchy skin and i have heaps of trouble falling asleep my last period was on the 23rd of last month and it was a week late and only lasted 3 days instead of 7 and was lighter than normal... i would like to know if u could tell me what i possibly have....
