What Causes Dizziness , Chest Pain And Rib Cage Pain?

iv been told my right lung isnt working as well as it should.i have pain all in top half of my cheast and rib cage. and when i walk to work i get tight ness in my cheast ,and feel dizzie some time at work why?and when i lay in bed at night no matter what side i lay on it feels like thay hurt ?
