What Causes Dizziness, Cold Hands And Feet And Incontinence?

Diabetes runs in my family and even though I am 18 and active I am worried that I could possibly have or been on my way to having it. For about 5 years now I have had some symptoms that my family said were normal, but have been recently concerning me. I usually always have cold hands and feet, and find that when I get up after not having ate for about two hours I am really dizzy to the point where I almost fall. I also have been experiencing incontinence. I normally have to go to the bathroom often, but it has become a serious issue recently.
