What Causes Dizziness, Confusion, Congestion And Migraines?

I have temp mid grade, dizziness , confusion , congestion bad at times, then will go away for a bit, migraine type headaches, suffered a concussion Dec 18th 2013 as well as a broken l-l vertebrae , several torn and herniated disks, but I feel like I am coming down with phnumonia , should I go to the ER since I have no piracy up here ?
