What Causes Dizziness, Double Vision And Headache?

7 year old - Started Tuesday morning at 5am - dizziness, double vision, headache (on face pain scale of 6), back of neck hurts, stomach ache, Tuesday fever from 99.7 to 102.5. Wednesday back to normal - Things ruled out - CT Scan of head - normal, spinal tap - normal, ENT - inner ear fine and hearing the same as a test in December. Ophthalmologist - eye is healthy including muscles and nerves. Symptoms decrease only when rocking back and forth or side to side. Symptoms otherwise are the same as of Tuesday morning.
