What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue And Head Aches After Eating?

hello I am a female 20 year old , I have been diagnosed with Barretts oesaphagus although I believe there is another problem as i feel sick and am constantly sick , I feel fatigue dizzyness and have head aches especially after eating , I did have a low iron but tests now show my iron is ok please help
