What Causes Dizziness Followed By Black Out?

i am having giddiness and heavy headedness . I get balck outs when I change my position from lying to sitting. they last for 1sec. i have stopped taking nexito . I started with 10mg for 1&1/2 yrs then 5mg for few months and now stopped it, after which i am facing such symptoms . I cannot concentrate.
